You have already proved you can work hard. The next level will not come from more of it. It comes from changing the thinking that keeps producing the results you have now.
Complimentary. 30 minutes. No pitch unless you ask for one.

20+ years in business
You are not lazy and you are not short on information. You have done the work.
The business grew and somehow your life got smaller.
You are the one everyone relies on, and you are quietly running on empty.
You have read the books and highlighted half of them.
You set the same goal again every January.
You hit the number and felt almost nothing.
From the outside it looks like it is working. From the inside it does not feel like yours.
You have hired a coach. Maybe two.
And still, nothing really changes. Not for long, anyway.
That is not a discipline problem. It is a paradigm problem, and paradigms can be changed.
The word for the thing running underneath is paradigm: a multitude of habits that govern every move you make, most of them installed before you were old enough to choose them. Strategy tells you what to do. It cannot make you do it. Change the paradigm and the behavior stops needing willpower. It is also why the change lands in two places at once, in what you produce and in how it feels to be the person producing it.

YEARS COACHING
WEEK PROGRAM
MINDSET, NOT STRATEGY

For years I measured myself by output. I hit the targets, I kept the promises, and from the outside it looked like it was working. Privately I was tired in a way that sleep did not fix, and I had stopped asking whether any of it was what I actually wanted.
Then someone showed me that my results were not a reflection of my effort. They were a reflection of the picture I held of myself, and I had never once been taught how to change that picture on purpose.
What changed first was not my calendar. It was who I believed I was. The outer results followed within months rather than years, and for the first time they felt like mine.
“I was a student of this program long before I was a coach of it.”
Everything I teach, I ran on myself first.
No mystery, no dependency on me. A process you keep for life.
Not what is reasonable, and not what you think you should want by now. Most people have never written down a goal big enough, or true enough, to require them to change. That is exactly why nothing changes.
You will never outperform the picture you hold of yourself. We rebuild that picture deliberately, week by week, until the new behavior stops feeling like effort.
Action taken from a changed self-image holds. Action taken from willpower lasts about eleven days. That is the whole difference, and it is why the results stop feeling like something you have to maintain.
Programs
Three doors. Same method behind each of them.
Start here
6 months • weekly live calls
The full Thinking Into Results system in a small group of people working on very different goals with the same mechanism. Weekly live coaching and lifetime access to the material.
Most chosen
6 months • private
Everything in the group program, delivered privately and paced to your goal, your life and your calendar. The goal can be a number, a role, or a way of living. The work is the same.
For teams
Custom • on-site or virtual
The same system delivered to a leadership team or a whole company, with results measured against goals the team sets at the start.

PROVENANCE
This is not something I invented last year. Thinking Into Results was created by Sandy Gallagher, built on the body of work Bob Proctor spent his life teaching, which runs back through Earl Nightingale and Napoleon Hill to Andrew Carnegie and the original study of what makes people succeed. It is a results-driven system based on 60 years of intensive research into the science and mechanics of personal achievement, delivered as a program rather than a seminar you forget on the drive home.
Andrew Carnegie→Napoleon Hill→Earl Nightingale→Bob Proctor & Sandy Gallagher→Lea Thomas
A seminar gives you information. A program that runs for six months gives you a different set of habits.
Twelve questions, about four minutes. It tells you which of the three things that stall people is actually stalling you, whether that shows up as a flat revenue line, a ceiling you cannot get past, or a life that no longer fits. You get one thing to do about it this week.
Before you book
Yes. The people I work with fall into roughly three groups: business owners who have hit a ceiling, high performers who are doing well by every external measure and know they are capable of more, and people whose life looks right on paper and does not feel like theirs. The presenting problem is different in each case. The thing underneath it is the same, which is why the same work moves all three.
Most programs give you information and hope you apply it. This one runs for six months on purpose, because changing a habit of thought takes repetition over time, not insight in a weekend. You are not buying content. You are buying the repetition and the accountability that makes the content stick.
It depends which of the three programs fits, so I quote it on the call rather than putting one number on a page. What I will tell you now: it is a real investment, most clients aim to cover it with the first result, and I will tell you honestly on the call if I do not think you will get your money back.
Most people notice a change in how they feel within two to three weeks and a change in their results within two to three months. Anyone who promises you faster is selling you something.
Everyone who comes to me is busy. The commitment is a weekly call and about fifteen minutes a day. If you cannot protect that, the honest answer is that this is not the right season for it, and I will say so.
No. Positive thinking is trying to feel better about the same self-image. This changes the self-image, which is why the behavior changes without you having to force it.
If you knew how to get the result you want, you would already have it. That is not a criticism, it is just how paradigms work. One conversation is usually enough to see whether this is the thing that changes it, whatever the result you are after.
30 minutes, by video. Complimentary. You will leave with at least one thing to use whether or not we work together.
